Note:
Rookie Robotics Camp is for students who have finished 3rd -7th grade. Each day of camp we will work on different LEGO Mindstorms NXT programming skills. Students need not have any prior programming or design experience. Robots and materials are provided. This is an ideal camp for students who will be competing in the FLL (First Lego League) in the fall, or those just interested in robots. Camp times are 8:30 to noon and the fee is $150.
Veteran Robotics Camp is for students who have prior experience with robotics either from a rookie camp, as part of an ASPIRE team during the school year, or as a member of a FLL team. Each day of camp we will work on different LEGO Mindstorms programming skills. Skills will include but are not limited to sensor use, loops, switches, obstacle course challenges and Nanoquest table challenge. Camp times are 8:30 to noon and the fee is $150.
