Dear coaches,

October 6th is the start of the Kansas City region FLL qualifier registration.  This registration is open to all teams paid through US FIRST and registered in the KC region (215 teams).

Please read the following newsletter for detailed instructions for the registration page: http://eepurl.com/chCJwf

Reminder: the registration is done on a first come, first served basis.  The timestamp of your registration is what will determine what choice you receive after I sort the teams into our tournaments.

Secondarily, your fee of $100 per team, to compete locally, is NON-REFUNDABLE.  That means if you don’t get the tournament you want, you cannot get your money back if you drop out.  This is a different policy than last year, please note well.  Third, you cannot pay by credit card over the phone after you have entered your registration preferences online due to UMKC policy.  If you mark credit card (on the payment portion of the registration site) and find you are no longer able to pay in this format, you will need to secure a check or purchase order.  All payments are due by October 31st or your place at the tournament will be lost and your fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

It is currently in TEST mode and any data entered before the link goes live will not be recorded and will not count as registration.

This will go live at 4pm tomorrow afternoon, October 6th.

I will be seated next to my computer starting at 3:30pm tomorrow, October 6th, until 9pm.  Please feel free to email with any questions, comments, or concerns.  The IT department at UMKC will also be on hand for the same purpose.

Thank you for your time and commitment to the FIRST programs.
